Staff Selection Commission will release its SSC GD Constable 2018 Admit Card officially only in an online mode form. SSC General Duty Constable 2018 is an online Computer Based Examination for the recruitment of posts of Constable (GD) 2018 in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles. All eligible candidates post filling the application form and applying successfully will be able to download their SSC GD 2018 Admit Card. The Admission Certificates (ACs) / Admit Card for the SSC Constable (GD) 2018 indicating the time table and also venues of the examination will be issued to all applicants before the date of examination.
Separate SSC GD Constable 2018 Hall Ticket are issued for various stages and all of them is released online as per the schedule. First SSC GD Admit Card 2018 is released for Computer Based Examination (CBE). After declaration of SSC GD 2018 Result of computer based examination hall ticket of PET / PST is released followed by Medical Examination and Document Verification. SSC GD Constable 2018
SSC GD Constable 2018 Examination will be held by the conducting body- Staff Selection Commission for the vacancy of more than 54000 plus posts. The admit card for SSC GD Constable 2018 will be released for all the eligible candidates meeting the officially notified eligibility criteria. The availability of admit card will be done once the process for applying for the same is over. Admit Card will be available online only on the official website and no separate post concerning the same will be sent. All candidates who register themselves in response to the officially released advertisement by the CLOSING date and time and whose applications are found to be in order and are provisionally accepted by the Commission as per their terms and conditions, will be assigned Roll numbers, which will be communicated to them at the time of, i.e., in their admit card, calling them for Computer Based Examination (CBE). Facility for download of SSC GD Admit Card 2018 will be provided at the websites of Regional / Sub-Regional Offices of the Commission as well as on the website of CRPF. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the websites of the Commission, concerned Regional / Sub-Regional Office and the Nodal CAPF i.e. CRPF for the updates on examination process and download of Admit Cards for each stage of examination.
The release of admit card will take place in the following steps-
- Firstly SSC will release the Admit Card for PET / PST
- Post the announcement of the SSC GD Constable Result of pet / pst, it will release the admit card for the written exam.
- Once step 2 is over, at last SSC will release the admit card for the medical test.
SSC GD Constable 2018 Admit Card for Computer Based Exam
Admit Cards (ACs) for Computer Based Examination will be uploaded on the website of the concerned Regional Offices of the Commission. Admit Cards will not be issued by post for any stage of examination.

Information about the Examination indicating the time table and city/ centre of examination for each candidate will be uploaded on the websites of the concerned Regional/ Sub-Regional Office of the Commission about two weeks before the date of examination.
If any candidate does not find his/ her detail on the website of the Commission, one week before the date of examination, he/ she must immediately contact the concerned Regional/ Sub Regional Office of the commission with proof of having submitted his/ her application. Failure to do so will deprive him/ her of any claim for consideration.
SSC GD Constable 2018 Admit Card for PET / PST and DME / RME
Call letters/ Admit Cards to candidates for PET/ PST and DME/ RME will be issued by CRPF through online mode only. Detailed programme of PET/ PST and Medical Examination will be made available on the website of CRPF, at least two weeks before PET / PST or Medical Examination.
Admit Card: Candidates may download their Admit Cards from the CRPF website http://www.crpf.gov.in.
Candidates are advised to visit SSC HQ, concerned SSC Regional Office and CRPF websites regularly for any update on this recruitment process.
In the case of inability to download Admit cards for PST/ PET and DME/ RME from the website of CRPF, candidates should contact the CRPF at least one week before PET/ PST or DME/ RME.
In case of non-receipt of Admit Cards for PET/ PST and Medical Examination, the candidates may contact with CRPF recruitment helpline number 011-24368630.
Candidate must write his/ her Roll number and Registration-ID along with his/ her name, date of birth and name of the examination while addressing any communication to the Commission/ CRPF. Communication from the candidate not furnishing these particulars shall not be entertained.
How to download SSC GD Constable 2018 Admit Card
Candidates can follow the detailed instructions, as given, in order to download their admit card, once released, for SSC GD Constable 2018 exam
- Candidates are requested to visit the admit card link for SSC GD Constable Admit Card, or visit the official website.
- Candidates must note that they visit the same zone’s link where they have applied for in the application form.
- After opening the concerned link, they will have to enter the application number(which the must have got while filling in the application form) and date of birth/password. The form might ask for other details depending upon the zone.
- Once the required details are added, they will have to submit details, download the admit card and print it in a clear format.
SSC GD 2018 Exam Pattern
All candidates whose online applications are found to be in order will be called to appear in the Computer Based Examination (CBE). The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:

Documents to carry along with SSC GD Constable 2018 Admit Card
Post the successful download of the admit card, candidates will have to get a clear printout of the same and must carry it along with the below-mentioned documents on the day of the exam. The documents to be carried on the day examination must be any one photo-identification proof, as released officially. They can be any one of the below-
- Driving Licence
- Aadhaar Card
- Identity Card issued by University/College
- Income Tax Pan Card
- Voter Card
Other than any one of the above mentioned photo-id proof, candidates will also have take a note of the mentione instructions:
Candidates should bring latest two (2) passport size photographs for affixing it in the Commission’s copy of Admit Card in the presence of officials/ Invigilators at the time of Computer Based Examination, PST/ PET and DME/ RME, if required.
Candidates not carrying photographs may not be allowed to appear in the examination.
Candidates are advised to keep sufficient copies of the same photograph, which was uploaded in the online application form, with them, until the completion of the entire examination process to facilitate easy identification.
Important Exam Day Instructions
Candidates are not permitted to use calculators and other electronic gadgets except as specified in the Notice. They should not, therefore, bring the same inside the Examination Hall/ Lab.
If any candidate is found to possess mobile phones or any other means of wireless communication in the working or switched off mode in the examination hall, his/ her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith. The candidate will be debarred, as per extant policy of the Commission, from appearing in any other examination conducted by the Commission.
During the CBE examination, instructions on the computer screen may be followed.
Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of the Computer Based Examination and other stages of recruitment. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of the examination or creating disturbances at the examination venue, his/ her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidate shall also be liable to be debarred from future examinations of the Commission and legal/ criminal proceedings could be initiated against him/ her.
SSC GD 2018 Examination Centre
The examination centre will be allotted region wise to respective candidates. The candidate must indicate his/her Centre(s) in the online Application Form in which he/ she desires to take the examination.
